Crispy Food Lover was born out of a simple obsession: achieving that perfect, shattering crunch in every dish we make. We're a team of passionate home cooks who spent years eating disappointing, soggy versions of our favorite crispy foods — and decided to do something about it.
We test every recipe a minimum of 5 times before publishing, obsessing over every detail: oil temperature, coating ratios, seasoning, timing. Our goal is that when you follow one of our recipes, you get perfect results on your first try.
